We purchased our first house in November of 2009, about 1.5 years after we were married. It's a 1,300 sq ft Cape Cod style home, with 2 (soon to be 3) bedrooms, 1 full bath, full basement, 1 car attached garage, and 3 season enclosed porch. We are currently working to remodel the second floor into our future master bedroom, so we will then have 3 bedrooms!!! This is our starter home, it's nothing huge or extravagant but it's perfect for us :o)
